Placeify for Networks

The real power of Placeify is its ability to control message distribution across a wide range of unique sites. Placeify enables a single point for message setup, tracking, and management to serve an unlimited network of individual sites. And it does this while still preserving each site’s individual control over the messages it ultimately serves to its audience.

Using powerful role-based access controls, certain network functions can be decentralized while others remain centralized. For example:

• Central network administrators can establish new advertisers and new sites to participate in the network.
• Advertisers or media buyers can setup and monitor performance for their ads and messages but not view other companies’ message or performance nor could they make a message live.
• Individual site managers can approve or deny messages ‘requesting’ to run on their specific site and they can view performance for all messages running on their site.

Managing and monetizing an extensive group of advertisers across tens or hundreds of sites is finally manageable with Placeify for Networks.

Setup campaigns to run on one, all, or some defined subset of your network from one admin screen.

Track overall statistics or drill down to see how a specific campaign is performing on a single site.

Limit ad placements based on a defined time period, number of clicks, number of clicks per specified time period, number of views, or number of views per specified time period.

Apply limits differently for individual sites or subsets of your network.

Placeify is ideal for large networks. Unlike common ad server architecture that appends a disparate ad frame to a page, Placeify actually integrates your ads as a core component of each page. This enables Placeify to get your ads through to your viewers whether or not they are running ad-blocking software.

How does it work?

Embedding Placeify into the array of sites across your network is quick and easy. Using our step-by-step setup wizard, you specify the areas to be enabled for a specific page or set of pages, indicate the size and number of ads to be displayed in each area, and paste the piece of custom code into your page source.

Once this is complete, your network site managers never need to touch their site’s source code again unless they wish to eliminate or add ad areas to a specific page or adjust the number of ads displayed in a specific area.

Now your network is ready to go. Login to your secure Placeify admin site to establish users and assign their role-based access control privileges. Each user can then manage campaigns and placements as well as monitor performance for their specifically approved areas. You - and your network participants - are in total control.
